What is coaching, anyway?

Coaching is a collaborative partnership between the coach and the client, wherein the coach walks alongside the client, guiding and supporting them.


Coaching helps individuals clarify their goals, develop strategies, and take actionable steps toward achieving those goals.


Coaching fosters self-awareness, accountability, and empowerment.

So, what do you do as a non-monogamous relationship coach, then?

Great question! As a Non-Monogamous Relationship Coach, I help individuals who are interested in pursuing OR are already practicing non-monogamy, to show up as their best selves so they can have successful connections and relationships.


I'm sure you're wondering how exactly I do that. 


Well, I work through several different mediums, including:

  • digital online course modules
  • live coaching calls via Zoom
  • voice memo support via the Voxer app
  • and support through a VIP Client-only Facebook group

I have a few different program options, which I have created to meet each client where they are at so that they can achieve their goals.

Current Programs

Non-Monogamous Newbies

If you are new-ish to the non-monogamy scene and interested in exploring solo or with a partner who is ready to explore with you, this program is for you!

The Conversation Compass

If you have been thinking about non-monogamy for a while now and want to approach the idea of opening your relationship with your partner, this program is for you!

A Customized Program

If you don't fit into either of the other two categories, I have a limited number of spots available to customize something for you. This usually involves some one-on-one sessions and support via the Voxer app.
